Spy Valley Riesling has become the first wine label to win 4 trophies at the prestigious Sydney Wine Competition 2007. John Ellis Judges comments " My favourite wine. It had excellent power of fruit. Clean palate. It had some sweetness but yes, it was in balance. excellent length of flavour. That varietal flaour complemented balanced and enhanced the food. An excellent match. I can still taste it. Wonderful."
