“Bright and quite pungent with a mix of nettles, citrus and tropical fruits. On the palate it’s really perky and zesty with passionfruit, pineapple and citrus fruit, sweet nettle and capsicum spice - a burst of Passiona style flavour. It has balanced acidity which is slightly bitey and perhaps a little loose on the palate, but certainly easy to drink. Closes with a good dry Gin and Tonic flavoured finish.
